Senior growth, lifecycle & performance marketing
10+ years building the campaigns, systems, and teams that grow revenue — across Fortune 50 innovation labs, bootstrapped DTC brands, and venture-backed startups. Strategy and execution in the same seat.
For consulting, I take on a limited number of projects focused on growth strategy, lifecycle, experimentation, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows.
Measurable outcomes from 10 years of campaign and systems work — grouped by what moved the business.
How I think
This way of thinking was forged on Procter & Gamble's GrowthWorks Bench — an enterprise learning lab designed to combine the agility of a startup with the scale of a global corporation. Rigor wasn't optional and the KPI wasn't always revenue. Sometimes it was a sharper audience profile, a lower acquisition cost, or validating consumer intent on new brand concepts, decided by A/B testing and statistical significance, not gut feel. I apply that same disciplined validation engine to brands looking to scale revenue.
What people say
Knows how to custom-fit marketing plans to a desired, measurable outcome, rather than taking the same approach for all projects.
Brilliant marketer with the technical chops to execute as well as the strategic perspective to see the forest through the trees.
Not afraid to ask tough questions and challenge ideas for the best possible result — a remarkably balanced approach, seeing both the big picture and the details of execution.
The ability to utilize specific campaign data to inform larger company-wide strategic initiatives, which ultimately helped lead to record-breaking sales growth.
Case study
Vitrazza made a calculated, large-scale bet on SiriusXM radio that successfully flooded the top of the funnel with new traffic, and more revenue. Reaching a wider audience naturally nudges acquisition costs up; that's the normal cost of expansion, not a problem to fix. The real opportunity was on the other side: most website visitors don't buy on their first visit, and there was no system to bring this much bigger audience back. The brand was paying premium acquisition rates but capturing only a fraction of individual customer lifetime value.
None of this worked in isolation — the win was an integrated marketing strategy where channels support each other instead of competing for budget:
Every campaign ran against a roadmap, not improvised send by send. Subject lines, delivery cadence, and segmentation logic were each isolated and measured before being rolled into the next campaign. Nothing was scaled until it had already proven itself.
A healthy email program typically drives 15–30% of total e-commerce revenue. Vitrazza’s program reached 22% of total e-commerce revenue—built entirely from a zero-dollar baseline.
Applied intelligence
AI is most useful when it collapses the distance between strategy and execution. The focus is less on novelty and more on practical leverage: speeding up data analysis, engineering automated workflows, clearing operational bottlenecks, and removing repetitive overhead from high-volume campaigns.
Full discovery-to-brief: competitive research, ICP profiles, sentiment analysis, SWOT analysis, editorial guidelines, brand documents, content audits, media plans. Hours, not weeks.
Agentic workflows, QA automation, campaign operations, and real-time performance-feedback loops that surface winning creative and generate new variants based on analytical evidence.
Custom performance dashboards, analytics scripts, customer journey mapping, and fast prototyping for internal tools and marketing systems.
Technical proficiency
Martech tools used in production environments.
Industries
A deliciously distinct portfolio — consumer packaged goods, glass office chair mats, performance superfoods, personal growth workshops at luxury resorts in Baja and Santa Fe, and research-informed psychedelic retreats. The verticals change, but the throughline is consistent: find the metric that matters, engineer the system, and scale it.
Outside the spreadsheets
I'm passionate to the point of obsessive, never met a rabbit hole I didn't like, and (according to my girlfriend) occasionally funny. Whatever I do, I do all the way.
Camping, motorcycle travel, and road trips — anywhere the cell signal fades. The mountains are the ultimate reset button. Everything else sorts itself out from there.
Pressure washing side hustle. Can fix more than a leaky marketing funnel, though the tools are a little louder. I'm not afraid of, or too good for, dirty jobs.
Switchyards is a neighborhood work club — a third place meets coworking space with the best local coffee. As a Clubkeep, I'm part community steward, part connector.
Unapologetic cookbook collector. The best ones include a narrative, and yes, I read them cover to cover. The struggle to find the best laminated pastry is real.
Ex guide on Colorado rivers. Teaching a client to fish was my favorite part. Forever curious about what's just below the surface.
Eventually, all things merge into one.
Everything radiates outward from there — art walks, Clyfford Still, slow afternoons in used bookstores reading poetry. Better when shared with someone who gets it. Andrea gets it.
I hold space at a sacred Denver community dedicated to education, gathering, ritual, and healing the divide between the masculine and the feminine. It grounds me in values-led work and the kind of honest, human conversations most brands are afraid to have.
Wool socks are the best, the runner's high is real, and the Rocky Mountain Way is better than the way we had. Just Do It. Never stop moving. And, whatever you do, do not go gentle into that good night. All the 'isms apply.
A steady practitioner of yoga, meditation, and the contemplative tradition behind both. I follow the Eightfold Path (IYKYK) — drawn to people who take meaning seriously without taking themselves too seriously.
